We only offer EXCHANGES on items and NO REFUNDS on certain items.

Ship Your Return:

Processing Your Exchange:
  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items. If they meet our return criteria, we will process your exchange within 7 business days.

    • Visit The Lash Lobby LDN salon within 14 days of purchase with your unopened and undamaged items.
    • Bring your receipt or order confirmation for verification.
    Return Processing:
    • Our salon staff will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return criteria.
    • If approved, we will process your exchange on the spot.
    • Exchanges for in-salon returns will be issued in-salon, you can request the products you would like as part as your exchange, due to stock availability.
